GENERAL TERMS
All artwork will include a subtle signature that must not be removed or altered.I may record the drawing process and share it on platforms such as Patreon.I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason, especially if I feel uncomfortable with the subject matter.PAYMENT
Payments are accepted in USD and are processed via PayPal.Payment can be made 100% upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.Please do not send any payments until I’ve confirmed your commission slot and requested the payment.PROCESS & DELIVERY
I’ll notify you once I begin work on your commission. At this point, the commission becomes non-refundable (see the Refund Policy below).Throughout the process, I will communicate with you to ensure the artwork aligns with your vision.The number of updates/revisions depends on the complexity of the piece.You’ll receive work-in-progress images during the process. These previews will be watermarked and lower resolution than the final artwork.Turnaround time may range from 3 weeks to 3 months, depending on complexity, health, workload, or seasonal demands (e.g., conventions).I will inform you promptly if any delays occur.Once completed, you’ll receive the full-resolution image (typically around 3000x3000 px at 300 DPI, in PNG format).REVISIONS
You are entitled to 3 rounds of revisions during the creation process.Additional revisions after final delivery will incur a $10 fee, unless the issue was due to a misunderstanding or mistake on my end.COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
Artist’s Rights
As the artist, I (SaenWorks) retain full rights to the artwork and may:Use the artwork for self-promotion (e.g., portfolio, website, social media).Publish the artwork in artbooks or similar publications.Share the work across any platform I choose.Client’s Rights
As the client, you may:Use the commissioned artwork for personal use, such as posting on social media, forums, or printing for yourself.Use the artwork in content such as YouTube videos, including monetized ones, as long as the artwork is not the primary source of revenue.Credit is appreciated but not required.You may not use the artwork commercially (e.g., to sell products or generate revenue) unless commercial rights have been discussed and purchased.Prohibited Actions (Copyright Infringement)
Reproducing or profiting from the artwork without proper rights.Claiming the artwork as your own creation.Removing or editing my signature.Altering the artwork in any way without my permission.I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Commercial rights can be negotiated and purchased separately.CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

If I haven’t started the commission yet, you may cancel and receive a full refund.Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued.If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund.Do not file a PayPal chargeback—if a refund is necessary and valid, I will handle it directly.Filing an unauthorized chargeback will result in:Immediate loss of all rights to the artwork.WHAT’S INCLUDED
Initial drafts or mockups for your feedback (number may vary based on complexity).Approval stage for sketches or base colors before finalizing.Collaborative input on color and overall mood.Final artwork delivered in high-resolution PNG format (around 3000 x 3000 px at 300 DPI).
